What do we do at Charlotte County Beekeeper Meetings?
We talk bees starting with an educational presentation interspersed with lots of Q&A. Typically, starting with the UF Bee Lab’s Best Management Practices (specific to South Florida), In-depth relevant Bee Management Topic, Hive CSI, Value Added Topic, What’s Blooming in the Area, and then open discussion for Q&A to troubleshoot hives or beekeeping-related issuesMembers mentor one another and support each other’s love of bees.
